The rates vary based on weekday vs. weekend, two or four person occupancy, length of stay and particular unit rented.
There is a two night minimum stay to book rooms on Friday and Saturday in advance during July and August.
There is a three night minimum stay to book rooms in advance for Memorial and Labor Day Weekends.
There is a four night minimum stay to book during 4th of July week.
Our cabins rent weekly in July and August. They may be booked for less than a week, based on availability.
We require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to book any room in July and August. Our weekly cabin rentals require a $200.00 non-refundable deposit in July and August.
All deposits are to be made by check or money order via mail or by cash in person. Your balance is due at check in by cash, Visa, MC and Discover. No checks are accepted at check in.
Check in is 2 PM to 6 PM. All reservations checking in after 6 PM must call with expected check in time.
Check out is 11 AM. A 6 PM late check out is available at half the room rate, based on availability.
We work with groups, when ever possible, however there are no discounts available during peak weekend dates and holidays.
Cabin rentals check in on Saturday and are a six night stay, checking out on Friday. This can be adjusted, based on availability.

All cabin rates are based on two person occupancy.
Weekly cabin rentals come with beds made and one day's towels. Trash and towel service is available for an additional $40.00 charge for the week. Let us know at time of booking, if possible, however you may add this at check-in, if desired.
Cabins may be rented for less than a weekly stay, however this is based on availability and at our discretion. At no time, however, do we book cabins in advance for less than a two night stay.
